Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Military Matters, we value you as a customer and we want you to enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in the condition in which it was received and we’ll refund the full purchase price. All items are shipped with a return address label.
Military Matters will refund the Shipping and Handling charges if the merchandise you received was defective, or damaged during the shipping process.
Most credits are posted (or postmarked) within three weeks of the time that Military Matters received the returned merchandise.
We strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured services so that your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us.
